The reviews received from your customers can be viewed at Feedback CRM.



1) How to view your customer reviews

  • Log on to http://reputationdatabase.com/login
  • Enter your Username and Password. ( If you did not receive your login details, please send an email to support@thesavvyinspector.com )
  • You will be directed to the Feedback CRM dashboard
  • Click on Contacts at the top menu
  • Below the analytics, you will see FEEDBACK REVIEWS, ONLINE REVIEWS, and NEGATIVE REVIEWS
    • Feedback Reviews - These are the reviews left by your Contacts on your website's Leave A Review page.
    • Online Reviews - These are the reviews left by your Contacts online like Google, Facebook, Yelp, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
    • Negative Reviews - These are all your Negative Reviews both from Online Reviews and from Feedback Reviews.




2) How to Respond to Positive Reviews:

  • Click on Contacts at the top menu
  • Below the analytics, click Online Reviews
  • Click on the Contact Name at the left



  • Click on Respond inside the Contact's details



  • This will take you to the online site (Ex.Google, Citysearch) where you can log in and reply to the review



3) How to Resolve Negative Reviews: ( The process would be the same as responding to positive online reviews. )

  • Click on Contacts at the top menu
  • Below the analytics, click Online Reviews
  • Click on the Contact Name at the left
  • Click on Resolve inside the Contact's details
  • This will take you to the online site Ex. Google where you can log in and reply directly to the negative review.
