Here are the steps:
- Login to the site: https://members.thesavvyinspector.com
- Click on the search button located at the top of the homepage and type the content you need. https://www.screencast.com/t/wpPr8VQo
If your search returned zero results, try to shorten your search phrase or use keywords
You want to find the “Builder’s Warranty” content and you cannot find it by typing the full words, you might try to search for “builder’s” or “warranty”
If even after shortening your search phrase or using keywords and you still cannot find your desired content. You can send a request for content.
How to request for Content:
1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Help Desk”
2. A new page will come up; scroll down and you will see a form that you can fill out.
“Requester” – input your email
“Subject” - you can say “Requesting for Content” or state the topic that you need
Provide details as to the content you are requesting for.
This is also the process if you can’t find the webinar replays.
But if you want to know where to locate the webinar replay page:
On the left-hand side of the screen of the homepage, click on “Webinar Replays” https://www.screencast.com/t/CBeIHaxN
You will be taken to a new page; select the webinar replay you want to watch by clicking “Watch Now”.
