In case you encounter a broken link as you go through the site below are the steps you should take:

Access Help Desk

We're talking about the membership site, which is

1. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Help Desk”

2. A new page will come up; scroll down and you will see a form that you can fill out.


    Form fields:

    “Requester” – input your email

    “Subject” - you can say “Broken Link” or "Unable to view content"

    Provide details as to the broken link you encountered

        - provide the URL of the broken link

        - how to get the URL

        - click on the "back" button and provide the URL of the previous site you were browsing.

    Click “Submit”
