(1) Log into your GetResponse account

(2) Top toolbar, hover over Statistics and see drop-down, choose Email Analytics

(3) Under campaigns, select All

(4) Under Newsletters, use the drop-down arrow see all newsletters that have been sent and to choose which campaign you want to view analytics for; Agent, Client, RMT (RMT stands for Realtor Marketing Tip)

(5) Once opened, you can view stats, number sent, number opened, any bounce, etc


Be sure you are talking to your clients and agents about your newsletters program. Explain the benefits of the newsletter so they'll be aware that they'll be receiving the newsletter. The goal is to get them to open the newsletter, share them and that you and your company stay consistently in front of them so when they or someone they know need an inspector, they'll think of you and your information will be handy.
